Procedimento
- Aquecer a Fase A até 75°C e sob rotação de 1500 rpm, adicionar o Amphisol K.
- Ao mesmo tempo, aquecer a Fase B até 75°C. Verter a Fase B na Fase A, aos poucos, sob agitação de 2000 rpm.
- Desligar aquecimento e deixar esfriar a emulsão formada.
- Pré dispersar o Parsol HS em água, após neutralização (pH=7,0) e adicionar na emulsão, sob agitação.
- Adicionar os demais componentes da fórmula.
- Ao adicionar os pigmentos microencapsulados, a hélice deve ser naval e a agitação de 200 rpm.
- PH da fórmula deve ser por volta de 7,0.
